Certified 6G welders, pipework, structural steel & tunnel experience
Processes
MMA, MIG/MAG and TIG. Flux core welding for brackets, beams and heavy sections.
Materials
Carbon steel, high-strength S690 / P690, stainless steel(electrodes) and galvanized pipe.
Pipework & isometrics
Fabrication and welding of pipes from isometric drawings, including pressurized water lines.
Positions & environments
6G qualified. Horizontal, vertical up, overhead and butt welds — including confined tunnel work and mobile elevator 3a/3b.
Pipework & fabrication
- Isometric drawings for 8" pipes, including pressurized water
- Fabrication of 8"–10" pipe assemblies to drawing
- Installation of flanges and valves on 2"–6" galvanized and standard pipe
- Stick welding on 50 mm and 100 mm diameter pipe
Structural & site work
- Manufacture of heavy brackets and on-site welding
- Box section welding in stainless steel — overhead and butt weld positions
- Repair and modification of structural beams; flux core welded brackets
- TBM (tunnel boring machine) change-outs using cutting torch
